Nobiletin mediated inhibition of the NF-κB pathway in TNF-stimulated HPDLCs. After pretreatment with nobiletin (50 or 100 μM) for 1 hour, HPDLCs were stimulated with TNF (10 ng/ml) for 15, 30, or 60 minutes, and then phosphorylation of IKK-α/β and NF-κB p65 was determined by Western blot analysis. Each photograph is representative of the results of 3 separate experiments. The quantification was performed using image analysis software. compared to the TNF stimulation without nobiletin.
