Diacerein Inhibits Myopia Progression through Lowering Inflammation in Retinal Pigment Epithelial Cell

<div>Cytokine-induced proinflammatory gene expression in ARPE-19 cells. The levels of (a) IL-6, (b) IL-8, and (c) MCP-1 in ARPE-19 cells were measured using the ELISA Ready-Set-Go kit. TNF-<i>α</i>+IL-6+IL-1<i>β</i> treatment significantly increased the levels of IL-6, IL-8, and MCP-1.
