Proinflammatory cytokines inhibitory effect of the four compounds. RAW264.7 cells were pretreated with EFBS (30 μg/mL), MC1-4 (17.35 μg/mL), C1(4.76 μg/mL), C2 (9.75 μg/mL), C3 (2.09 μg/mL), or C4 (0.75 μg/mL) for 1 h and followed by stimulation with LPS (200 ng/mL) for 12 h. The culture supernatant was collected for IL-6, MCP-1, and TNF-α detection.
