Effects of simvastatin on TNF-α-induced CYR61 production in GO orbital fibroblasts. (a) GO orbital fibroblasts were stimulated with 20 ng/ml TNF-α for 24 h with or without a 3 h pretreatment with simvastatin (1 μM or 10 μM). CYR61 mRNA expression was examined by real-time PCR.
