Topical Administration of 15-Deoxy-<i>Δ</i><sup>12,14</sup>-Prostaglandin J<sub>2</sub> Using a Nonionic Cream: Effect on UVB-Induced Skin Oxidative, Inflammatory, and Histopathological Modifications in Mice

<div>Topical formulation containing 15d-PGJ<sub>2</sub> (TFcPGJ<sub>2</sub>) inhibits UVB irradiation-induced mast cell counts. Mast cell (red arrows) counts were evaluated using toluidine blue in skin samples collected 12 h after the irradiation and were examined using light microscopy at 40x magnification.
