Topical Administration of 15-Deoxy-Δ12,14-Prostaglandin J2 Using a Nonionic Cream: Effect on UVB-Induced Skin Oxidative, Inflammatory, and Histopathological Modifications in Mice

Topical formulation containing 15d-PGJ2 (TFcPGJ2) inhibits UVB irradiation-induced collagen fiber damage. Collagen fiber degradation was evaluated with Masson’s trichrome staining in skin samples collected 12 h after the irradiation.
