NRF2 Exerts Anti-Inflammatory Effects in LPS-Induced gEECs by Inhibiting the Activation of the NF-κB

LPS increased nuclear abundance of NRF2 in gEECs. GEECs are exposed to different concentrations of LPS for 12 hours, and then the dynamic changes of cytoplasmic and nuclear NRF2 was imaged by immunofluorensent staining. Scale bar was 45 μm. The red arrow indicates NRF2 located in the cytoplasm, and the white arrow indicates NRF2 located in the nucleus.
