Gastrodia elata Blume Polysaccharides Attenuate Vincristine-Evoked Neuropathic Pain through the Inhibition of Neuroinflammation

G. elata polysaccharides (GBP) alleviated Vin-induced neuropathic pain via activating the SIRT1 in rats. After completion of the pain behavioral tests on day 21, the sciatic nerve, spinal cord, and dorsal root ganglion (DRG) were collected.
