Knockdown of LMX1B Suppressed Cell Apoptosis and Inflammatory Response in IL-1<i>β</i>-Induced Human Osteoarthritis Chondrocytes through NF-<i>κ</i>B and NLRP3 Signal Pathway

<div>LMX1B depletion suppressed IL-1<i>β</i>-induced inflammatory cytokines secretion in C28/I2 cells. ELISA kits were used to determine the expression of IFN-<i>γ</i> (a), TNF-<i>α</i> (b), IL-6 (c), and PGE2 (d); (e) NO concentration was determined by the Griess reaction.
