Knockdown of LMX1B Suppressed Cell Apoptosis and Inflammatory Response in IL-1<i>β</i>-Induced Human Osteoarthritis Chondrocytes through NF-<i>κ</i>B and NLRP3 Signal Pathway

<div>LMX1B depletion suppressed IL-1<i>β</i>-induced MMP3 and MMP13 expression. ELISA kits were used to determine the expression of MMP3 (a and c) and MMP13 (b and d).
