Candesartan Reduces Neuronal Apoptosis Caused by Ischemic Stroke via Regulating the FFAR1/ITGA4 Pathway

<div>FFAR1 induced the survival of OGD/R-PC12 cells. (a) Construction of OGD/R model of PC12 cells through treating cells with reoxygenation for 48 h. The cells were also transfected with the indicated plasmids, and the expression of FFAR1 was measured by western blotting.
