Candesartan Reduces Neuronal Apoptosis Caused by Ischemic Stroke via Regulating the FFAR1/ITGA4 Pathway

<div>Candesartan increased the survival of OGD/R-PC12 cells. (a) OGD/R model PC12 cells were divided into three groups: control, OGD/R + SPSS, and OGD/R + 1<i>μ</i>M candesartan; then, cell viability was analyzed by CCK8.
