Methylation Mediated Silencing of miR-155 Suppresses the Development of Preeclampsia <i>In Vitro</i> and <i>In Vivo</i> by Targeting FOXO3

<div>miR-155 binds and negatively regulates FOXO3 expression. (a) The binding site between miR-155 and FOXO3. (b) Relative luciferase activity was measured in 293 T cells cotransfected with miR-155 mimics and WT FOXO3 or MUT FOXO3. HTR8/SVneo and JEG-3 cells were transfected with NC, inhibitor, si-NC, si-FOXO3, and inhibitor + si-FOXO3, respectively.
