Methylation Mediated Silencing of miR-155 Suppresses the Development of Preeclampsia In Vitro and In Vivo by Targeting FOXO3

Figure 7

Therapeutic effects of the miR-155 inhibitor in the PE rat model. Pregnant SD rats were randomly dived into three groups: the sham group (), the PE group (), and the inhibitor group (). (a) ELISA assay was utilized to measure the release of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, and MMP2 in the samples of blood from PE rat model. (b) RT-qPCR assay was used to determine expression of miR-155 in the samples of blood from the PE rat model. (c) BSP was performed to evaluate miR-155 methylation levels in the samples of blood from the PE rat model. (d) The protein levels of FOXO3 and MMP2 were measured in the placental tissues from the PE rat model. (e) Immunohistochemistry assay was performed in paraffin sections of human placentas to show the expression levels of CDK7 and MMP2. , and .
