Effect of MFG-E8 knockout on hepatic macrophage and neutrophil infiltration in NASH mice. Hepatic macrophages and neutrophils were determined by immunofluorescence and flow cytometry using specific macrophage marker antibody F4/80 and neutrophil marker antibody Ly6G. (a) Representative immunofluorescence images of hepatic macrophages (200x), F4/80 positive cells were labeled with Green; F-actin was labeled with ActinRed 555. (b) F4/80 positive cells in high power field (HPF) were quantified.
