Pomiferin Exerts Antineuroinflammatory Effects through Activating Akt/Nrf2 Pathway and Inhibiting NF-κB Pathway
Figure 7
Effect of Pomiferin on NF-κB and MAPK pathways in BV2 cells. BV2 cells were treated with LPS (100 ng/mL) and Pomiferin (1 μM), and then, we examined the effects of Pomiferin on activation of NF-κB and MAPK pathways. (a, c–e) The effect of Pomiferin on NF-κB pathway-related proteins was detected by Western blot methods. (b, f–h) The effect of Pomiferin on NF-κB pathway-related proteins was detected by Western blot methods. Results were shown via (). ## means significant difference compared with NT group. means significant difference with LPS group.
