Arsenic Induces Continuous Inflammation and Regulates Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg Balance in Liver and Kidney In Vivo

<div>Subchronic arsenic exposure raised the levels of inflammatory cytokines in the liver and kidney. Mice were treated with 25 and 50 mg/L NaAsO<sub>2</sub> by drinking water for 1 and 3 months. The mRNA levels of IL-1<i>β</i>, IL-6, IL-12, and TNF-<i>α</i> in liver (a–d), as well as in kidney (e–h) were determined by real-time PCR.
