Arsenic Induces Continuous Inflammation and Regulates Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg Balance in Liver and Kidney In Vivo

Subchronic arsenic exposure activated MAPKs/NF-κB in the liver and kidney. Mice were treated with 25 and 50 mg/L NaAsO2 by drinking water for 1 and 3 months. Expression of NF-κB, P-ERK1/2, P-JNK, and P-P38 in the liver (a) and kidney (c), and the corresponding quantitative analysis (b, d) were assessed by western blotting; β-actin was blotted as the loading control.
