Dimethyl Fumarate Protects against Lipopolysaccharide- (LPS-) Induced Sepsis through Inhibition of NF-κB Pathway in Mice

DMF attenuated multiple organ injury in LPS-induced sepsis mice. After sepsis mouse modeling and DMF treatment, different organ tissues were harvested 24 hr after LPS injection. (a) The outcomes demonstrated H&E staining of the lung, liver, and kidney tissue sections from the specified group. (b) The injury scores of lung, liver, and kidney were shown in the figure. The results show that DMF could significantly reduce the damage of lung, liver, and kidney tissue caused by sepsis, and the results are shown as the mean ± SEM for each. The figure represents three independent experiments. .
