RTD-1 stabilizes IRAK1 in LPS-stimulated cells. THP-1 cells were treated with 100 ng/ml LPS in the presence of RTD-1 for 20 h as shown. (a) Extracts from cells were analyzed by western blotting experiments using the anti-IRAK1 and anti-GAPDH antibodies. A representative western blot from three experiments is shown. The sample in lane 1 is the same as that in control lane 2 but has 50% less protein. The numerals at the left indicate molecular weights in kDa.
