Cytotoxicity of IL-1β and IFNγ alone or in combination. (a) Multiple concentrations of IL-1β and IFNγ were tested for cytotoxicity on one donor. (b) Cytotoxicity of IL-1β and IFNγ separately or combined was measured 48 hr after adding to differentiated myotubes. There was no difference between control and IL-1β, control and IFNγ, or control and IL-1β + IFNγ treated myotubes. n = 6 myogenic donors.
