GATA6-AS1 via Sponging miR-543 to Regulate PTEN/AKT Signaling Axis Suppresses Cell Proliferation and Migration in Gastric Cancer

<div>GATA6-AS1 represses cell growth and migration by regulating miR-543 in GC. (a) QRT-PCR was applied to estimate miR-543 level in HGC-27 cells transfected with sh-GATA6-AS1#1 and miR-543 inhibitors.
