Each of the histograms depicts the IgG iso-type control (black dashed lines), control media (red dashed lines), and HA media (blue dashed lines). Maintenance of MSC profile was confirmed with the lack expression in the haematopoietic markers CD34 (a), CD45 (b), and positive expression of CD73 (c), CD90 (d), and CD105 (e) in both the control and HA treated MSCs. CD44 (f), the major receptor for HA, showed no major increases in immunophenotypic expression.
