Treatment with dual mTORC1/2 inhibitors suppresses the clonogenic function of HPCs. Colony-forming unit (CFU) assays were performed to determine the functions of HPCs to generate CFU-E, BFU-E, and CFU-GEMM as we previously reported [14, 15].
