PKG-I activity; it was evaluated by serine/threonine phosphorylated proteins in mEBS at day 14 of differentiation in control condition and in presence of 100 μM SNAP, 50 μM ISN, 1 μM KT5823, 1 μM KT5823 + 1 μM cGMPS, and 1 μM cGMPS. All measures were carried out in the presence of 100 μM IBMX. Representative images of gels are shown in (a) and (b). versus control, one-way ANOVA followed by post hoc Bonferroni’s test.
