A Controlled Release Codelivery System of MSCs Encapsulated in Dextran/Gelatin Hydrogel with TGF-<i>β</i>3-Loaded Nanoparticles for Nucleus Pulposus Regeneration

<div>The expressions of (a) KRT18, (b) Shh, (c) aggrecan, and (d) type II collagen <i>α</i>1 of MSCs in the dextran/gelatin hydrogel with no supplement (control), 1000 <i>μ</i>g/mL blank PLGANPs (PLGANPs), 1000 <i>μ</i>g/mL TGF-<i>β</i>3-loaded PLGANPs (TGF-<i>β</i>3-PLGANPs), and the hydrogels with no supplements cultured in the medium containing 10 ng/mL TGF-<i>β</i>3 (TGF-<i>β</i>3) for 28 days. The expression levels were quantified using real-time PCR and normalized to the housekeeping gene, GAPDH.
