Insulin-Like Growth Factor Binding Protein-6 Alters Skeletal Muscle Differentiation of Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells

<div>IGFBP-6 treatment increased the frequency of PMSCs with high ALDH activity. At days 1, 3, and 7, PMSCs treated with IGFBP-6 showed increased frequency of cells with high ALDH-activity.
