Insulin-Like Growth Factor Binding Protein-6 Alters Skeletal Muscle Differentiation of Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells

<div>IGFBP-6 siRNA in PMSCs cultured under muscle differentiation conditions decreased the frequency of cells with high ALDH activity. PMSCs treated with IGFBP-6 siRNA showed significantly reduced frequency of cells with high ALDH activity. Data is presented as the mean ± SEM of 3 independent experiments.
