Mesenchymal Stromal Cells Are More Immunosuppressive In Vitro If They Are Derived from Endometriotic Lesions than from Eutopic Endometrium

Representative flow cytometry histograms for ESC_endo and ESC_cyst, which were positive (≥95%) for the MSC markers CD73, CD90, CD105, and HLA class I and negative (≤5%) for the non-MSC markers CD14, CD45, CD31, and HLA class II. Unstained control cells are in red, and stained cells are in blue. The horizontal lines on the histograms show the percentage of expression of the markers compared to the unstained control cells. Five to seven independent experiments ( biological replicates) were carried out.
