(a) Excitatory stimulation with 473 nm laser pulse in the striatal area expressing ChR2. (b) Inhibitory stimulation with 530 nm constant laser in striatal area expression ArchT. (c) Uninterrupted stimulation with 1 mW 530 nm laser for 15 minutes did not affect the local spontaneous action potentials after the stimulation is finished.
