Effect of NURR1 short-interfering knockdown. (a) qPCR of DPSCs differentiated in osteogenic conditions and transfected with NURR1-specific siRNA (black bars) or scrambled sequences as control (white bars) showed the effective knockdown of NURR1 mRNA.
