B7-H1 is required for ERCs to inhibit the proliferation of PBMCs in vitro. The ERCs pretreated with either IFN-γ and anti-B7-H1 mAb or nothing were pretreated with mitomycin C and cocultured with B6 PBMCs for 72 hours. The proliferation of PBMCs was measured by CCK-8, and the OD values of each group were showed.
