Quantitative RT-PCR of H9 cells. (a) High mRNA expression of OCT4 in pluripotent H9 cells decreases throughout neuronal differentiation with low expression in SHSY5Y and IMR-32 neuroblastoma cell lines. (b) Sustained TP53 expression throughout differentiation at levels similar to SHSY5Y and IMR-32 neuroblastoma cell lines. (c) Low DBH expression in undifferentiated H9 cells increases to a maximum on day 7 of differentiation but is less than SHSY5Y and IMR32 neuroblastoma cell lines ( in triplicate, values relative to GAPDH).
