Alteration in the Cytokine Secretion of Bone Marrow Stromal Cells from Patients with Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia Contribute to Impaired Hematopoietic Supportive Activity

<div>Rescue assay with additional cytokines. IL-6, IL-8, and GRO-<i>β</i> (100 ng/mL) were added into the transwell coculture medium, respectively. After 3 days, 500 cells in the upper chamber were collected for further CFU-C assay. Total CFU-C (a) and CFU-GEMM (b) derived from coculture with HD-BMSCs and CMML-BMSCs were enumerated.
