Overall changes on the expression of genes related with fibrosis in the ex vivo expanded cells from renal tissues. The heat map shows the overall changes of expression of genes including in the mouse fibrosis RT² profiler PCR array. Twice-passaged cells are used for analysis, and the expression levels are comparing to the sham group.
