Coculture of hWJMSCs and pACs in Oriented Scaffold Enhances Hyaline Cartilage Regeneration <i>In Vitro</i>

<div>The chondrocyte-specific genes of hWJMSCs were upregulated. (a) The expression values of genes collagen I, collagen II, collagen X, Sox9, and aggrecan of hWJMSCs in the 75 : 25, 50 : 50, and 25 : 75 groups relative to the 100 : 0 group after coculturing for three weeks as measured by RT-PCR.
