Schematic representation of the Idua-/- iPSC derivation and gene correction. Idua-/- mouse embryonic fibroblasts were reprogrammed with STEMCCA lentivirus. The disrupting neomycin resistance gene (Neor) was removed, and the Idua gene was corrected with CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology.
