Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells Promote M2 Macrophage Phenotype through Exosomes

<div>AdMSC-derived exosomes activate macrophage M2 polarization-related transcription factors. PBMCs treated with exosomes showed significant effects on the activity of transcription factors Stat6, MafB, and Klf4 of M2 macrophages.
