Antioxidant Properties of Tonsil-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells on Human Vocal Fold Fibroblast Exposed to Oxidative Stress

<div>The dynamic changes in expression of inflammatory cytokines during oxidative stress responses. The expression of the representative inflammatory cytokines, IL-1<i>β</i> and TNF-<i>α</i>, was found to be significantly upregulated in tBHP-treated hVFFs yet downregulated following coculture with TMSC. Results are 3 technical replicates of TMSC from one donor. Representative results from two different TMSCs with similar tendency were presented. For multigroup comparison, ANOVA followed by the Bonferroni post hoc test was used for statistics.
