SDF-1<i>α</i> Facilitates Mesenchymal Stem Cells to Induce Regulatory B Cell Differentiation from Patients with Immune Thrombocytopenia

<div>SDF-1<i>α</i> pretreatment enhances the property of MSCs in promoting the Breg differentiation. (a, b) 0.1 <i>μ</i>g/mL SDF-1<i>α</i> promotes the effects of MSCs on IL-10-producing CD19<sup>+</sup> B cells or CD19<sup>+</sup>CD24<sup>hi</sup>CD38<sup>hi</sup> cell differentiation. (c) After being treated with 0.1 <i>μ</i>g/mL SDF-1<i>α</i>, MSCs can increase the secretion of IL-10 from B cells further (<svg height="12.6917pt" id="M52" style="vertical-align:-3.40337pt"
