Functional analysis of the generated DPPSC-mediated hepatocyte-like cells. Time course hepatocyte enzymatic activities of (a) GGT, (b) AST, (c) APF, and (d) ALT were performed for the differentiated DPPSCs. A notable induction was observed at day 18.
