Semaphorin3B Promotes Proliferation and Osteogenic Differentiation of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells in a High-Glucose Microenvironment

<div>Identification of BMSCs. Cells were evaluated by surface markers and their multipotency to differentiate. (a) Cells were stained with FITC- or PE-conjugated antibodies. The differentiation of BMSCs using an induction medium induces cell differentiation into osteocytes and adipocytes. The multipotency of BMSCs was confirmed as positive by alizarin red (b) and oil red O staining (c), indicating the differentiation of BMSCs into osteocytes and adipocytes, respectively.</div>
