The qRT-PCR results. The expression levels of Tenascin C and Sox-9 was were highly elevated in SMSCs treated with the FG-KGN complex, and were more than twice compared to those in the other two groups (P<0.01). The expression levels of Oct-4 in the FG-KGN group wereas significantly lower than that those in the other two groups, which indicated that SMSCs were differentiated after treatment with FG-KGN.
