Intranasally Administered Extracellular Vesicles from Adipose Stem Cells Have Immunomodulatory Effects in a Mouse Model of Asthma

<div>Effects of adipose stem cell- (ASC-) derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) on serum immunoglobulin levels by ELISA. Total (a) and OVA-specific (b) IgE and IgG1 levels were markedly raised in the OVA group compared to the PBS group. Intranasal administration of ASC-derived EVs significantly reduced the total (a) and OVA-specific (b) IgE and IgG1 levels in asthmatic mice.
