Sox9-Increased miR-322-5p Facilitates BMP2-Induced Chondrogenic Differentiation by Targeting Smad7 in Mesenchymal Stem Cells

The NGS and bioinformatic analysis demonstrated that silencing of Sox9 decreased the expression of miR-322-5p which was predicted to target Smad7. (a) The volcano plot showed the upregulated and downregulated miRNAs in the BMP2+shSox9 group. (b) The Venn diagram analysis revealed that only two downregulated miRNAs, including miR-322-5p, appeared in all three databases.
