Schematic representation of the PAME-enhanced adipogenic differentiation in rAD-MSCs. PAME stimulated the GPR40 and GPR120, subsequently activating PLC, which in turn caused IP3 generation, thereby leading to ERK1/2 activation through increases of intracellular Ca2+ levels, and eventually increased the expression of adipogenic differentiation genes, PparĪ³ and Gpd1.
