(b) The expression of Vimentin and pan-CK was detected using immunohistochemistry. (c) The morphology of ADSCs was observed on the 3rd and 8th days of culture. (d) The adipogenic ability of ADSCs was detected using oil red O staining. (e) The osteogenic ability of ADSCs was detected using alizarin red staining. (f) The chondrogenic ability of ADSCs was detected using alcian blue glacial acetic acid staining. (g) The expression of CD105, CD90, CD45 and CD31 on the surface of ADSCs was detected using flow cytometry.
