Construction of LPS-induced ARDS model in mice. 50 μL of LPS at a concentration of 2 mg/mL was injected into the airway of mice. Left lung tissues of mice were taken at 1 W, 2 W, 4 W, and 16 W for H&E staining (a) and quantified using the Ashcroft score (c).
