T-EVs promoted the invasion and migration of LC cells through CAFs activation. A549 cells were cultured in EVS-treated NFCM for 24 hours. (a) Cell viability was detected by MTT assay; (b) cell proliferation was detected by CCK-8 assay; (c, d) transwell assay was used to detect cell invasion and migration; (e) the scratch test was used to detect cell migration.
