The overexpression of LINC00461 promoted the protein expressions of BCL-2. (a) The OPM-2 or RPMI8226 cells were cocultured with or without MSCs in a 6-well transwell microplate with or without dexamethasone (10 μM). After 48 hours, the protein expressions of BCL-2 were determined in the OPM-2 or RPMI8226 cells by using qRT-PCR and western blotting analysis, respectively. In addition, (b, c) the relative expression of LINC00461 in OPM-2 and RPMI8226 cells was determined by using qRT-PCR.
